Basil White Bean Dip


Basil White Bean Dip

Serves 6


1 (15-ounce) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1 clove of garlic (minced)
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup fresh basil

½ teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


Place the beans, lemon juice, basil, garlic, and olive oil in a food processor. Pulse until the mixture is coarsely chopped. Add salt, pepper. Serve chilled.
